Gastronomy and Specialities
The restaurant “La Casa Bianca” proposes many courses of the Cilento typical gastronomy, our guests can taste some of them as for example, Fusilli al Castrato, Lagane e Ceci, and many distinctive products as the white Fig. In addition at the typical gastronomy, the restaurant offers all the courses of a seaside place. The fish of Agropoli is enhanced by delicious recipes as for example Scialatielli with Sea fruits, trofiette with zucchini flowers mixed with prawns and clams, or mix grilled fishes with cuttlefishes, king prawns, swordfish, mullets and sea breams, cooked on charcoal grill.

Mrs Palma and her son Domenico combine the homemade tastes, the fantasy of Neapolitan gastronomy and the care of International cooking. They propose delicious fish hors d’ oeuvres composed by sea fruits salad, anchovies, smoked salmon and swordfish, scallop stuffed with prawns au gratin, provala cheese, salmon and mashed potatoes, aubergine roulades with prawns, swordfish stuffed with fresh buffalo cheese. There also are other specialities, hot or cold, that are very appreciated by our guests. The restaurant distinctive characteristic is the use of fresh food and products, as for example the fish caught and fresh selected, or the seasonal vegetables, the delicious mozzarella and fresh cheese made from buffaloes milk of Paestum and the Cilento typical cold cuts.

Every evening, in addition, it is possible to taste a delicious pizza cooked in wood-burning oven.

Each menu is accompanied with a selection of  the best Italian wines with particularly attention at the Cilento labels.
